Mike Luebbering started construction at the age of 12, working on his father’s farm in St. Thomas, Missouri, and he’s had a hammer in his hand ever since. In 1986, he founded Mike Luebbering Construction, and in 2014, he expanded his family-owned operation to become the premier insulated concrete forms distributor in central Missouri.
Mike Luebbering is a certified green builder, member of the Home Builders Association of Mid-Missouri, member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and in 2012, he was featured in Capital Lifestyles magazine. Mike is the oldest of nine children and is the proud father of three children: Julie, Kevin and Matthew. He’s a lifelong Blair Oaks Falcon, where now his two grandchildren attend. When not hammering away at a project, you can find Mike fishing on the Osage River or on Truman Lake with his high school sweetheart and wife, Jayne.

Mike, some details about the porch project at 1928 Hayselton:
1. Porch lights: There will be two porch lights, one in its current position above the entry door and another with a fan over the main part of the porch. The on/off switch should be inside the hall at the front door.
2. There should be two electric outlets against the face of the brick wall.
3. Since we haven’t yet decided what kind of floor, we’d appreciate a bid for a wood deck as well as a concrete floor.
4. We’d appreciate any suggestions that you might have.
